1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pipvip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pipvip website available at pipvip.app and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the pipvip platform, including registered account holders, guests browsing the platform, and any third party acting on behalf of a registered user. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and refrain from creating or accessing any pipvip account.

pipvip operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. The platform uses 256-bit SSL (TLS 1.3) encryption and certified random number generators across all game titles. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

pipvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice, except where such changes directly and materially affect player account balances or active bonus terms, in which case at least 7 days' advance notice will be provided. pipvip shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services carried out in good faith.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. The most current version of these Terms is always available at pipvip.app/terms-conditions.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on pipvip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering an account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a pipvip account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of pipvip or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pipvip. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment method identifiers belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. pipvip reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances or pending withdrawals associated with them pending investigation.

Account Registration: When registering your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. pipvip reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify pipvip's support team immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pipvip will not be held liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pipvip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). pipvip supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pipvip, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your pipvip wallet within 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed in your mobile wallet app. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to be credited, depending on the processing schedule of the sending institution.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification; pipvip reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method ownership documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on business days are processed the same day for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within 1–3 business days from the date of approval.

Failed Transactions: If a deposit or withdrawal transaction fails for any reason, you should contact the pipvip support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number, the amount involved, and the payment method used. pipvip will investigate and, where the failure was on the platform's side, will rectify the issue within 2 business days.

Currency: All account balances, bets, wins, bonuses, and transactions are displayed and processed in BDT. pipvip does not support multi-currency accounts. If you initiate a transaction in a currency other than BDT via a payment provider that performs currency conversion, the resulting amount in BDT will be determined by that provider's conversion rate; pipvip is not responsible for exchange rate differences applied by third-party payment processors.

4. Bonus & Promotions

pipvip offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer at the time of activation. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum deposit, and expiry date are clearly stated in the promotion description. Wagering on games with a return-to-player (RTP) above a specified threshold may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements — this will be stated in the promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse: pipvip monitors all bonus activity. The following practices are considered bonus abuse and may result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and suspension of the account:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome or first-deposit bonus more than once.
• Using automated software, betting patterns, or strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than play in the spirit of the promotion.
• Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional offers.
• Making low-risk, high-coverage bets (e.g., betting on all outcomes of a game) during an active bonus to artificially fulfil wagering requirements.

Promotion Availability: Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility criteria including account age, verification status, geographic location, and previous participation in similar offers. pipvip reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already activated it and commenced wagering, the player's progress towards the wagering requirement at the time of withdrawal will be honoured.

5. User Obligations

By using the pipvip platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You expressly agree that you will not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of terrorism.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other users.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, scripts, or any other software tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any pipvip software or game engine.
• Transmit viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other malicious code through the platform.
• Post, share, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable through any pipvip communication channel.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game offered on the platform.
• Register an account or transact on behalf of another person without that person's explicit knowledge and consent.
• Allow a minor (any person under 18 years of age) to access or use your pipvip account under any circumstances.

pipvip reserves the right to investigate any activity that it reasonably believes to be in breach of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including suspension, account closure, withholding of funds pending investigation, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the pipvip platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of pipvip or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of pipvip.

pipvip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Resell or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit any portion of the platform for commercial purposes without express written permission from pipvip.
• Frame or utilise framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information belonging to pipvip without express written consent.
• Use any meta tags or any other hidden text using pipvip's name or trademarks without pipvip's prior written approval.

Game content, including game graphics, animations, audio, and logic, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). pipvip operates under licence from these providers and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pipvip, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pipvip platform or any content, services, or features made available through it.

pipvip does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.
• Defects in the platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
• The platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results of using the platform will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, pipvip's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall pipvip's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pipvip account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your pipvip account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request from a verified account holder, pipvip will process the closure within 2 business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification checks and provided that the balance is not subject to pending bonus wagering requirements or an active investigation.

Closure by pipvip: pipvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to pass identity verification checks within the timeframe specified by pipvip.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder via the responsible gaming tools.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy).
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Dormant Account Policy: An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. pipvip will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via the registered contact details before applying the dormancy policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳50 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed without further notice after the dormancy period.

Effect of Closure: Upon closure of your account — whether initiated by you or by pipvip — all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate. You will lose access to all account features, game history, and any active bonus offers. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall remain in effect after closure.
